- 3/4 C. cream or Half & Half
- 1/4 C. Erythritol sweetener or low carb sweetener of choice
- 3/4 C. coconut flour
- 1/2 C. butter melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 C. sugar free chocolate chips
Combine the cream, sweetener, melted butter and vanilla extract mixing well.
Slowly fold in the coconut flour and pinch of salt and then stir in the chocolate chips.
