ORANGE SUNRISE SMOOTHIE BOWLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 mango
  • 1 orange
  • ½ – 1 carrot
  • ½ cup nondairy milk, juice, or water
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • *for topping: orange slices, peach pieces, hemp hearts, shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. First, wash and cut all the fruit. Peel the orange and the carrot if desired. Add to a blender with the milk or water, and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in the ice cubes and blend until smooth again.
  2. Pour smoothie into two cups or bowls. Decorate as desired with fruit, hemp hearts, and coconut. Enjoy!
