BACON PICKLE FRIES

These Bacon Pickle Fries make a perfect party appetizer, snack, or side dish to a meal. Easy to make and fun to eat! This recipe is low carb and my Fuel.

Ingredients
  • 4 Dill Pickle Spears
  • 8 Slices Bacon, Halved
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Slice each pickle spear in half, then quarter. (See video above for visual instructions.)
  3. Wrap each pickle quarter with half a piece of bacon.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon begins to get crispy.
  6. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.
