A cold glass of this delicious strawberry matcha smoothie will increase your energy, boost your antioxidant levels, and leave you feeling full and satisfied.
- 2 cups of cashew milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup of goji berries
- 1 tablespoon of matcha
Blend together the ingredients.
Pour into a glass or to-go bottle.
Sip (or chug) away!
Any type of milk can be substituted for the cashew milk. I prefer cashew milk because it’s more rich and creamy than other nut milks are.
A little maple syrup can be added if you desire sweeter smoothie.
