INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbs mustard
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 12 count slider buns
GLAZE
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash onion powder
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In skillet brown your ground beef and onion until no longer pink and onions are tender, drain.
- Mix in your soup, ketchup and mustard
- Place your slider buns in a 2qt baking dish (about 7″x11″) and top with your ground beef mixture.
